Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of client account management experience.
• Strong time management and cross-functional relationship skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for client and team engagement.
• High accuracy when handling large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of client business requirements daily to deliver consistent and high service levels.
• Respond accurately and timely to client enquiries regarding order status, quotations, and shipping information.
• Advise clients on delivery schedules and inventory availability.
• Proactively follow up to resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client operational requirements and manage expectations effectively.
• Prepare and deliver business reports to management and clients on a weekly and monthly basis.
