Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations, settlements, reconciliations, or post-trade support (digital assets, fintech, or traditional finance)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple time-sensitive workflows concurrently
• Experience reconciling transactions and balances across systems; comfort investigating breaks and documenting findings
• Familiarity with blockchain concepts and using explorers to validate transactions (or strong willingness to learn quickly)
• Clear communication skills with a strong sense of ownership and a practical, risk-aware mindset

Responsibilities

• Deliver white glove service to institutional clients throughout ongoing account management activities
• Ensure an excellent onboarding experience and provide attentive care to clients
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely and thoughtful manner
• Manage client transactions in a risk-conscious way
• Support client interactions across multiple teams and work closely with Client Operations teammates
