Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in account management or client success.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Client Success & Account Management: Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients and build relationships.
• Project & Campaign Management: Translate client requirements into internal briefs and coordinate across teams.
• Strategy & Client Growth: Understand client industries and audience, support campaign planning and review performance.
• Account Operations: Maintain trackers, timelines and ensure renewals are tracked and closed.
