Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in private equity, alternatives fund accounting, fund operations or fund finance.
• Strong understanding of closed-end fund structures, capital calls, distributions, capital allocations and waterfall calculations.
• Experience preparing or reviewing fund financial statements under IFRS and/or US GAAP.
• Working knowledge of Cayman fund structures and Singapore fund management regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage audits, regulatory filings and investor reporting processes.
• Track record leading projects, driving operational improvements and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Prior experience within a private equity manager, alternative asset manager or fund administration environment would be advantageous.

Job Description

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline with a recognised accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent)

• Strong understanding of closed-end fund structures, including capital calls, distributions, capital allocations and waterfall calculations
