Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or Finance required; CPA/CA preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in fund operations, fund administration or accounting within Private Equity, Venture Capital or Fund Administration.
• Strong communication skills and hands-on ownership in lean environments.
• Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

We are currently supporting a mid market Private Equity platform to search for an experienced and hands-on Fund Operations lead. This is to support their continued expansion of their Singapore platform and VCC structures.

• Oversee the operational framework for Singapore VCC entities and underlying SPVs, including fund launches, capital calls, distributions, and NAV reviews.
• Work with external fund administrators, auditors, tax agents, and custodians to ensure timely reporting and SLA compliance.
• Assist with LP communications, investor reporting, subscription documents and DDQs.
• Drive month-end closing, cash flow monitoring, budgeting, and general management company accounting.
• Optimize operational and compliance processes across the platform.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or Finance; CPA/CA preferred
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in fund operations, fund administration/ accounting within Private Equity, Venture Capital or Fund Administration firm.
• Strong communication skills
• Hands-on, high ownership, self-starter mentality, and comfortable operating in lean environments
