Job summary

MICHAEL PAGE is recruiting for a Lead Fund Finance professional to oversee financial statements, investor reporting and regulatory compliance for a growing private equity platform in Singapore. You will coordinate audits, manage capital calls and distributions, and support fund launches across multiple vehicles.

The role requires 7+ years in private equity fund finance, strong knowledge of Cayman fund structures and Singapore regulatory requirements, and a recognised accounting qualification.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance with an accounting qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent).
• 7+ years of experience within private equity, alternatives fund accounting, fund operations or fund finance.
• Strong understanding of closed-end fund structures, including capital calls, distributions, capital allocations and waterfall calculations.
• Experience preparing or reviewing fund financial statements under IFRS and/or US GAAP.
• Working knowledge of Cayman fund structures and Singapore fund management regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage audits, regulatory filings and investor reporting processes.

Responsibilities

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline with a recognised accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent)
• 7+ years of experience within private equity, alternatives fund accounting, fund operations or fund finance
• Strong understanding of closed-end fund structures, including capital calls, distributions, capital allocations and waterfall calculations
• Experience preparing or reviewing fund financial statements under IFRS and/or US GAAP
• Working knowledge of Cayman fund structures and Singapore fund management regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated ability to manage audits, regulatory filings and investor reporting processes
• Track record of leading projects, driving operational improvements and managing stakeholder relationships
• Prior experience within a private equity manager, alternative asset manager or fund administration environment would be advantageous
