Northern Trust in Singapore is seeking a Client Service Manager for institutional custody clients in Southeast Asia. You will lead service delivery, manage client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality support and proactive problem-solving.

The role requires 5+ years in custody or client servicing within finance, strong communication, and an analytical mindset. Travel may be required to engage clients in their markets; a collaborative culture and career growth

• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with institutional clients in Southeast Asia.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to align client strategy and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution; document activities.
• Anticipate issues and drive improvements; prepare regular client service reviews and KPI reporting.
• Travel as needed to engage with clients in home markets and pursue opportunities.
