Job summary

Aument Capital Partners in Singapore is seeking a client servicing and fund administration professional for a 6-month contract with potential to convert to permanent. You will collate KYC documents, onboard clients, and coordinate with service providers to ensure a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities include preparing and distributing reports, handling invoicing, and maintaining documentation, while leveraging ERP/CRM tools to support business processes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM familiarity.
• 3–5 years experience in client servicing and/or fund administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide client servicing support including KYC management and onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate fund administration tasks with service providers and entities.
• Prepare subscription documents and track fund-level accounting and invoicing.
• Organise and file client documentation; build strong client relationships.
• Support ad hoc office tasks and contribute to SOP improvements.
