Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based corporate services firm, seeks a Client Servicing Executive to be the primary contact for assigned clients, handle enquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and client satisfaction. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field with 1–3 years of client servicing.

Work is performed at our Jurong East location in a 5-day week, 9am–6pm.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 1-3 years of client servicing or customer-facing experience.
• Experience in a professional services or corporate services firm is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding and provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, handling enquiries and service requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of corporate services.
• Follow up proactively with clients, address their needs and resolve service-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain client documents, correspondence, service updates and account records.
• Monitor service progress and ensure client requests are followed up within the required timelines.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
