Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is recruiting a Client Experience Executive for our client in the corporate services sector. Based at Venture Drive, Jurong East, you will be the main contact for assigned clients, ensuring seamless service delivery across accounting, tax and corporate secretarial teams.

You will manage client onboarding, handle inquiries, maintain accurate records and strive for high client satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Business or a related field
• 1-3 years of client servicing or customer-facing experience, in a professional or corporate services firm
• Able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
• Coordinate with internal teams (accounting, tax, corporate secretarial) for timely service delivery
• Manage client onboarding from enquiry to setup
• Handle client enquiries and proactively resolve issues

• Salary: Up to $3,500 basic + up to 2-month Variable Bonus

• Day/timings: 5 days, Mon-Fri 9:00AM-6:00PM

• Location: Venture Drive, Jurong East (near Jurong East MRT)
