Job summary

You will manage client onboarding, provide ongoing support, and ensure a smooth, positive experience for assigned clients. Reporting to the client services team, you will coordinate with internal departments to deliver end-to-end business solutions, maintain accurate client records, and help implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business or Marketing.
• Minimum 1 year experience in client servicing or customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding and provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth and positive client experience.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, handling inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
• Proactively follow up with clients to address their needs, resolve issues and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Prepare and maintain client-related documents, correspondence and service updates.
• Maintain accurate client records and track service progress.
• Assist in implementing initiatives to improve client experience and operational efficiency.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure consistent service quality.
