Job summary

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or related discipline.
Experience in banking operations, transaction processing, or financial services is preferred.
Knowledge of AML, Regulatory requirements, and SIT/UAT is a plus.

Responsibilities

Process CPF and SRS transactions accurately and within SLAs.
Verify instructions and supporting documents before processing.
Perform account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Escalate exceptions, operational issues, and customer complaints when necessary.
Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support customer needs and service delivery.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
