Job summary

PATHOLOGY AND CLINICAL LABORATORY PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Client Service Officer (CSO) to be the first point of contact for clinic, doctor and laboratory clients. You will handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and email with professional and courteous service.

Responsibilities include coordinating with internal departments on reports, amendments and results clarification while upholding confidentiality and patient data protection. Training will be provided; fresh grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum N / O Levels, Nitec or Diploma.
• Basic computer literacy, including Excel and Word.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-service-centric attitude.
• Willing to undergo training on internal laboratory software systems.
• Experience in patient services, client services, or an administrative role is an advantage; fresh graduates welcome.

Working Hours

5.5-day work week

• Monday to Friday: 8.30 am - 5.00 pm
• Saturday: 8.30 am - 1.00 pm
