Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a credit officer to handle loan processing, customer onboarding and risk-aware servicing in Singapore.

Your duties include processing credit applications, gathering documents for KYC, acquiring and managing a portfolio of customers, tailoring loan solutions and ensuring compliance with guidelines. The role follows a 5-day work week with weekday and weekend shifts, at locations Jurong East, Yishun, Tampines or Hougang, with a salary of SGD 2,500–3,000

Responsibilities

• Processing of credit applications and managing overall documentations required
• Acquire and manage portfolio of customers
• Gather customers’ documents for KYC and onboarding procedures
• Enhance relationships with customers to customize loan product solutions
• Manage credit and operational risks proactively
• Provide advice on financial solutions that are tailored to customers’ needs and objectives
• Interpret customers’ needs, risk and financial objectives
• Identify suitable loan packages that fit customers’ objectives
• Achieve revenue and profitability targets set by the organization by driving customer satisfaction
• Comply with internal and external compliance and regulatory guidelines
• Implement service and quality standards of processing of day-to-day transactions of credit servicing activities

Working Timing: Weekdays 10am - 8pm / Weekends 10am - 5pm / Public holidays 12pm-5pm

Working Location: Jurong East || Yishun || Tampines || Hougang

Salary: $2,500 - $3,000
