Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Client Relationship Officer in Singapore to support loan origination and client servicing.

You will process credit applications, gather KYC documents, acquire and manage customer portfolios, and provide tailored financial solutions while ensuring compliance and risk management.

Working days are five, with weekday and weekend shifts; locations include Jurong East, Yishun, Tampines, or Hougang.

Responsibilities

• Processing of credit applications and managing overall documentations required
• Acquire and manage portfolio of customers
• Gather customers’ documents for KYC and onboarding procedures
• Enhance relationships with customers to customize loan product solutions
• Manage credit and operational risks proactively
• Provide advice on financial solutions that are tailored to customers’ needs and objectives
• Interpret customers’ needs, risk and financial objectives
• Identify suitable loan packages that fit customers’ objectives
• Achieve revenue and profitability targets set by the organization by driving customer satisfaction
• Comply with internal and external compliance and regulatory guidelines
• Implement service and quality standards of processing of day-to-day transactions of credit servicing activities
