Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Client Relationship Officer to support a growing loan portfolio in Singapore. You will manage client onboarding, conduct KYC, and maintain strong relationships to tailor financial solutions.

Role requires handling credit documentation, complying with regulatory guidelines, and striving to meet revenue targets across multiple on-site locations such as Jurong East, Yishun, Tampines, and Hougang. Weekdays and some weekends apply.

Responsibilities

• Processing of credit applications and managing overall documentations required
• Acquire and manage portfolio of customers
• Gather customers’ documents for KYC and onboarding procedures
• Enhance relationships with customers to customize loan product solutions
• Manage credit and operational risks proactively
• Provide advice on financial solutions that are tailored to customers’ needs and objectives
• Interpret customers’ needs, risk and financial objectives
• Identify suitable loan packages that fit customers’ objectives
• Achieve revenue and profitability targets set by the organization by driving customer satisfaction
• Comply with internal and external compliance and regulatory guidelines
• Implement service and quality standards of processing of day-to-day transactions of credit servicing activities

Working Days: 5 Days Role

Working Timing: Weekdays 10am - 8pm / Weekends 10am - 5pm / Public holidays 12pm-5pm

Working Location: Jurong East || Yishun || Tampines || Hougang

Salary: $2,500 - $3,000
