Job summary

Tembusu is seeking a driven Relationship Manager to handle inbound financing leads generated from digital marketing campaigns and referrals in Singapore. You will engage prospective borrowers, understand their financing needs, and coordinate solutions through internal and external channels.

The ideal candidate is proactive, responsive, customer-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in telesales or financial services preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients over phone and WhatsApp.
• Detail-oriented, organised and responsive.
• Experience using CRM systems is a plus.
• Able to multitask and manage multiple leads concurrently.
• Familiarity with SME financing or business loans is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone and WhatsApp.
• Understand clients' financing requirements and assess suitability.
• Conduct consistent follow-ups with leads to maximise conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up updates.
• Escalate suitable cases to the internal sales team promptly.
• Liaise with external lenders and brokers for referral cases.
• Follow up consistently with external partners for updates on active cases.
• Update clients on application progress and required documentation.
• Manage and track active cases until closure.
• Build strong relationships with clients and financing partners.
