Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new business clients through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
Understand clients’ business and financing needs and recommend suitable secured and unsecured loan solutions.
Develop and manage a sales pipeline to achieve loan disbursement targets.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth application processing and accurate KYC and documentation.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
