Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd in Singapore seeks an Account Executive to manage client relationships and financial data entry. Location: Ubi; Working hours 9am-6pm, Mon-Fri. Salary SGD 3,500 basic plus incentives.

You will handle accounts receivable/payable, bank reconciliations, payroll-related tasks, and liaise with external auditors. A Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Finance and 3+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Finance;
• At least 3 years of professional firm experience will be an advantage.
• Proficient in preparing accounts using Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero, SQL).

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for clients on day-to-day affairs with professional communication.
• Maintain good client relationships and respond to queries promptly.
• Prepare financial data for entry into the accounting system.
• Ensure receipts are updated in the accounting system on a timely basis.
• Handle accounts receivables and accounts payables and perform bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly payslips for payroll and assist with monthly close processes.
• Handle corporate tax computations, GST filing, and liaise with external auditors.
