Responsabilités

• Prepare full sets of accounts and financial statements; assist in audits.
• Liaise with clients and attend to their needs.
• Prepare accounting schedules for audits and financial statements prep.
• Liaise with auditors during preparation of client accounts.
• Assist in managing and meeting clients' accounting deadlines.
• Ensure all accounting deadlines are met.
• Assist with GST preparation.
• Attend the finance function at the client's office.
• Handle courier, postage and banking duties.
• Procurement of office supplies and equipment.
• Digitize documents and correspondences.
• Maintain and update client databases.
