Job summary

CHENG XIANG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an attentive accounting professional in Singapore to manage day-to-day data entry and AP tasks.

You will assist in monthly closing, bank reconciliation, GST and audit matters, with ad-hoc duties as assigned. The role requires strong Microsoft Office skills and good English/Mandarin communication, and candidates with construction experience are preferred. Based in Tuas South area, on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Experience in construction is an advantage.
• Willing to work in Tuas South Area.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting data entry.
• Handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable, including payment processing of suppliers' invoices.
• Assist in monthly closing, bank reconciliation, GST and audit matters.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
