The role covers GST reporting, audit support, HR and payroll duties, banking tasks, and providing administrative and financial support to the Finance Manager. A meticulous, compliant approach and proactive problem-solving are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare P&L, balance sheets and cash flow reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual periods
• Oversee and process accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely invoices and payments
• Perform bank reconciliations to verify and record transactions
• Process staff reimbursement claims per policies
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST reports per regulatory requirements
• Coordinate documentation to support external audits
• Assist with banking tasks such as account openings and updating user details
• Perform HR and payroll duties to support compensation
• Provide admin and financial support to the Finance Manager as needed
• Execute ad hoc duties to support finance and admin functions
