Job summary

PPL Accounting & Consultancy Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Accountant / Accounts Executive to join our team in Singapore.

You will support internal accounting, manage a client portfolio, and provide accounting and fund administration support across full sets of accounts, financial reporting, GST and XBRL filing. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA/CPA)
• Preferably 3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience with GST, corporate tax, XBRL and fund accounting is a plus

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts for Group companies including General Ledger and Accounts Payable
• Prepare monthly financial and Group consolidation reports
• Perform month-end closing and ensure accuracy and timeliness of records
• Review and analyse monthly accounts for Group companies
• Prepare and submit GST returns
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure transaction accuracy
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, banks and authorities
• Handle client accounting for a portfolio of clients
• Maintain internal controls and timely reporting
• Liaise with clients on records and reporting matters
• Support fund administration tasks and NAV calculations
• Prepare periodic fund financial reports and related investor reporting
• Maintain documentation for fund administration
• Assist with audit preparation and respond to queries
• Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers
