Job summary

DE CHENG XIN XING TRADING PTE LTD is seeking a diligent accounts professional in Singapore to manage full-set accounts, AR/AP/GL, month-end closing and intercompany billing. You will handle daily cash flow, bank reconciliations, and assist with GST returns and audit preparation.

The role also involves preparing group reporting, trade finance applications, and general office administration, requiring strong Excel skills and independence.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Must have experience handling full set of accounts independently.
• Good knowledge of AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliation and month-end closing.
• Knowledge of GST, audit preparation and Trade Finance is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.
• Good communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), journal entries and month-end closing.
• Prepare and maintain intercompany billing.
• Manage daily cash flow.
• Perform daily bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
• Record bank transactions promptly and accurately.
• Prepare group reporting and consolidation.
• Assist in audit preparation and reporting.
• Assist with quarterly GST returns.
• Approve transactions via the Convera platform.
• Prepare Trade Finance applications with Maybank, DBS and UOB.
• Monitor Trade Finance status and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Handle general company affairs and office administration.
