Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a Client Development Assistant to support the SEA market (Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam) in launching and monitoring eCRM campaigns and clienteling programs. You will collaborate with regional teams and local agencies to deliver excellence in client experience.

The role emphasizes maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating communications, and ensuring seamless operations across boutiques and supporting teams.

• Launch & monitor eCRM campaigns in SEA markets.
• Oversee clienteling programs and KPI reporting.
• Ensure high level of client experience through campaigns and guidelines.
• Coordinate Clienteling campaigns: briefing, launch, follow-up, KPI reporting.
