Job summary

Bank of Singapore, part of OCBC Group, is seeking a Service Ambassador to greet and assist clients, visitors and guests while managing the reception and Client Centre experience. Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality or related discipline or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests at the Bank of Singapore Client Centre.
• Escort clients to meeting suites and engage with them professionally.
• Support daily Client Centre operations across reception, meeting rooms, and lobbies.
• Arrange dining reservations, hotel bookings, transportation, and on-site services as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of Client Centre areas and assist with events.
