Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in Singapore seeks an experienced professional to manage funds onboarding for Institutional Client Group (ICG). You will coordinate inputs from Front Office, Credit, Legal, Onboarding Case Management, and relate to relationship managers in ICG.

You will set up structured reporting to monitor functional performance, track client experience trends, and help hit revenue targets for 2028. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience in Banking/Finance/Consulting.
• Experience preparing senior management reporting, dashboards or performance metrics.
• Knowledge of capital markets, institutional clients, onboarding or investment banking products.
• Ability to coordinate across Front Office, Credit, Legal, Compliance, KYC & Operations.

Responsibilities

• Back up coverage of key ICG clients to ensure funds onboarding and related needs are met.
• Drive end-to-end onboarding and account activation across multiple teams to meet target launch dates.
• Produce and maintain pipeline reporting, management information, and performance metrics for onboarding progress.
