Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in buy-side firm, investment bank, broker-dealer or capital-markets environment.
• Deep knowledge of Global Markets products and onboarding requirements.
• Experience with ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA, CSA and related market documents.
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Experience leading audit, compliance or control-review activities.

Aufgaben

• Lead complex, high-priority onboarding mandates with senior oversight.
• Act as senior point of contact for clients, Sales and Trading and internal partners.
• Provide coverage for Client Management Lead and maintain day-to-day priorities.
• Set direction across cross-functional onboarding workstreams (KYC/AML, Tax, Legal, Regulatory).
• Apply Global Markets expertise to anticipate trade-readiness implications across asset classes.
• Influence senior stakeholders and unblock issues to drive timely resolution.
• Shape client, product and process strategies for the Dealer and identify improvements.
• Partner with Sales and Trading on strategic client priorities and growth.
