You will handle inbound calls, emails, and chats, providing timely resolutions and maintaining accurate records in CRM. You will coordinate scheduling, generate service documentation, and support the Technical Team with admin tasks. Ideal candidates have call-centre experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn new software.

Qualifications

• Experience in a call centre or customer service environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience handling customer enquiries and complaints through phone, email, or chat channels.
• Proficiency in data entry and CRM systems.
• Ability to learn and utilise internal software and service management tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and seamless customer experience.
• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries, providing timely follow-up and resolution.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments and service activities for the Customer Service Technical Team.
• Generate and process service reports, quotations, and related documentation.
• Monitor and follow up on pending and outstanding service cases to ensure timely closure.
• Manage service centre operations, including appointment scheduling and inventory administration.
• Handle general administrative duties, including office supplies and pantry inventory management.
• Coordinate courier and delivery services across departments.
• Maintain accurate customer and service records in CRM and internal systems.
