Job summary

Ferragamo Singapore seeks a client-centric Sales Associate to deliver a luxury shopping experience at Takashimaya. You will build emotional connections, manage CRM, and contribute to personal and store sales targets.

You will work with a newly established team from reopening 1 December 2026, with training before. Strong English, at least 1 year in luxury retail, and the ability to work mornings, afternoons, weekends and public holidays are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work experience in retail, fashion, luxury, beauty, customer service, or hospitality.
• Business-level spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Able to work independently, with attention to detail, in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused, with a strong service mindset.
• Able to work retail hours, including morning, afternoon, and full shifts, as well as weekends and public holidays.
• Comfortable working towards individual sales targets and managing sales pressure.

Location: Takashimaya, Singapore — reopening on 1 December 2026 with a newly established team

Expected Start Date: 23 November 2026, with training at MBS or Paragon before the reopening

Compensation: Base salary + individual commission + store commission

Job Mission

Main Responsibilities

Achieve individual KPIs:

• c) Unit Per Transaction (UPT)
• d) Conversion rate
• Assist in daily sales and weekly sales reporting to head office (where necessary).

Store Appearance / Visual Merchandising

• Ensure store / stockroom are clean, neat and tidy always, product is properly stored, bags in dust bags, shoes by name/SKU and in size order.
• Ensure new stocks are displayed and merchandised in a timely and attractive manner.

Stock Management

• Ensure stock rooms are kept neat and tidy at all times; stock should be kept in appropriate order for ease of access when serving customers
• Ensure all stock transfers into and out of the store are properly recorded to minimize stockloss

Customer Service & CRM

• Acquire new clients to Ferragamo database.
• Develop client relationships by providing clients regular updates.
