Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of retail sales experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong store operations, sales & service, people management and training experience.
• Reliable with strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving ability.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willing to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Achieve individual sales targets through effective selling techniques, clienteling and product knowledge.
• Motivate and lead the sales team to meet and exceed store sales targets.
• Understand and analyze key KPIs to drive the business and achieve targets.
• Support staff development through ongoing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Maximize opportunities to recruit and build long-term client relationships with clients.
• Promote and introduce the brand with professional knowledge.
• Maintain high standard of store presentation and stock management.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

In this role, you will play a key part in overseeing day-to-day store operations and team performance, while also contributing to both individual and overall store sales targets.
