Job summary

Louis Vuitton Singapore is seeking a Client Advisor (Operations) to secure back of house efficiency and deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise. You will ensure smooth operations so the store team can spend more time with Clients.

The role covers stock management, after sales services, and everyday duties to integrate with the team, optimize traffic matching, build product knowledge, and uphold brand grooming standards.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in retail, hospitality or service-related industry would be a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and pleasant disposition are essential.
• Strong enthusiasm to learn with a passion for Louis Vuitton products and fashion.
• Adaptable and able to work with a client-centric mindset and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Stock Management: maintain stock inventory in good condition and organize stock rooms; manage deliveries and replenishment; ensure products on the sales floor meet client demand.
• After Sales Services: treat after-sales as client relationship opportunities; handle repair requests and follow-up; address quality issues.
• General Duties: integrate with store team, support client advisors to optimize traffic and match operations to clients' needs; develop brand/product knowledge and uphold grooming and brand standards.

As a Client Advisor (Operations), you will secure back of house efficiency, in line with the standards of the Brand. You will ensure smooth operations, to enable the store team to maximize the time spent with Clients and deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Stock Management
  • Maintain the stock inventory in a perfect condition ensuring an efficient and logical organization of all stock rooms (product and packaging)
  • Manage the delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately
  • Ensure the right products are available on the sales floor to improve store efficiency and maximize Client experience
  • Improve product availability, interacting with Supply Chain and managing My Product Request (MPR) to answer Client needs
• After Sales Services
  • Approach After Sales Services as a Client relationship opportunity and provide the best Client experience
  • Handle Client repair requests, manage the repair process and Client follow-up
  • Manage and ensure quality issues are properly dealt with
• General Duties
  • Be fully integrated to the store team (participate in the morning briefing) and contribute to achieving the overall objectives of the store
  • According to store: support the Client Advisors in optimizing match to traffic and better adapt operations to Clients needs
  • Develop the highest Brand and product knowledge
  • Respect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of grooming and behaviours
