Job summary

Fendi in Singapore seeks an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead sales performance across all product categories, mentoring Client Advisors and delivering storytelling-driven customer experiences. You will ensure KPI achievement and uphold brand standards in a luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities include driving client relationships through CRM tools, overseeing store operations, merchandising, and inventory accuracy, while coaching the team to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in retail/luxury industry with 2 years of supervisory capacity.
• Result-driven with commercial creativity to drive business.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM and retail tools.
• Strong client relationships and ability to multitask.

Sales Performance

• Be accountable for one’s sales performance, engaging in upselling, cross selling and multiple selling for all product categories
• Be a role model for the Client Advisors and support them in their sales
• Deliver a compelling sales ceremony through effective story-telling, utilizing the correct product and brand knowledge to persuade customers.
• Ensures consistency in achieving the KPIs assigned, including but not limited to sales target, core category sales target, NPS etc.

Client Management

• Identify customer needs correctly, making meaningful and insightful recommendations, whilst going above and beyond in terms of customer service expectation, anticipating clients needs where possible.
• Deploy the appropriate CRM tools, to develop and nurture existing relationships, properly strengthening client’s loyalty and interest for the brand.
• Demonstrate advanced clienteling skills, leveraging all available tools to develop existing clients and recruit new clients to build long term relationships
  

Store Operations

• Be able to correctly operate the Inventory management system, in all areas relating to stock transfer, payment, stock inquiry and customer database input
• Work as a team to achieve store operation objectives, identify operational gaps and suggest improvements where appropriate and applicable.
• Assist Management in daily store operations: floor management, stock operations and opening / closing duties
• Support the Team / Store Management in developing the Client Advisors through mentoring and / or buddy system as well as the integration of new Client Advisors

Store Management

• Maintain inventory accuracy by properly receive display and store merchandise according to company guidelines

Store Maintenance

• Maintain a safe and clean store environment and implement daily housekeeping duties
• Maintain proper visual merchandising according to company guidelines.

Job Requirement

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in retail/luxury industry with 2 years of supervisory capacity
• Result-driven, with demonstrated capacity to implement all needed initiatives and demonstrate commercial creativity to drive business in an unconventional manner if necessary
• Proficient in MS office, CRM and retail tools
• Building strong client relationships and delivering client-centric solutions
• Good communications skills and ability to multitask.
