• Greet incoming and departing clients with a genuine smile and eye contact
• Provide accurate directions in leading the client in the area of interest
• Address clients' queries and concern in appropriate manner
• Able to engage clients in small conversation
• Communicate client needs to the relevant department
• Notify the team about the arrival of regular clients / appointments
• Maintain a neat, organized back-of-house environment
• Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store
• Respect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of grooming and behaviour
• Follow the Company's policies and procedures

PROFIL

Key Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with pleasant disposition
• Strong enthusiasm to learn, with a passion for Louis Vuitton products and services and fashion
• Adaptable and a fast learner with client centric mentality
• Possess a professional attitude with a mindset of curiosity and empathy
• Prior work experience in retail, hospitality or service‑related industry would be a plus
