The role requires 3–5 years of managerial experience in cleaning or facilities management, with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, and knowledge of WSH regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage daily cleaning operations across multiple client sites.
• Supervise and lead cleaning supervisors and staff to ensure high service standards.
• Develop work schedules, manpower deployment plans, and shift arrangements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Liaise with clients to address operational issues, service requests, and customer feedback.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), environmental and company policies.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, and productivity; provide coaching as needed.
• Recruit, train and evaluate cleaning personnel.
• Manage inventory of cleaning chemicals, equipment, consumables and uniforms.
• Prepare operational and incident reports and performance documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for equipment maintenance and service support.
• Develop and implement cost-effective cleaning procedures to improve efficiency.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and used safely.
• Investigate service complaints and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Support business development by participating in site surveys and preparing proposals.

Job Requirements

• Good knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, equipment, and industry best practices.
• Familiarity with Singapore cleaning industry standards and regulations.
• Knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence (preferred).
