J & S MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a responsible Sales & Operations Admin to support our cleaning operations.

You will handle customer enquiries, coordinate bookings and take ownership of daily scheduling and deployment of our cleaners. The role involves managing inquiries via WhatsApp, phone and other channels, providing quotes, converting enquiries to bookings, and maintaining accurate scheduling records.

Qualifications

• Preference for Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Minimum GCE O/N Level, NITEC, Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in administration, customer service, sales coordination, scheduling or operations is advantageous
• Comfortable communicating with customers via WhatsApp and phone
• Good written and spoken English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Able to multitask and manage multiple bookings and schedules accurately
• Organised and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and respond calmly to last-minute changes
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, reliable and takes ownership of assigned duties
• Experience in cleaning/facilities/manpower industry is an advantage but not required

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone and other communication channels
• Provide service information, quotations and follow up with potential customers
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Manage and maintain the daily and weekly cleaning schedule
• Check cleaner availability and assign cleaners to customer bookings
• Prepare and send work schedules and deployment details to cleaners
• Coordinate changes to bookings, rescheduling and cleaner replacements
• Monitor scheduled deployments and ensure cleaners are informed of their assignments
• Communicate with customers regarding booking confirmations, schedule changes and operational updates
• Maintain accurate customer, booking and scheduling records
• Coordinate with the Operations Executive on manpower shortages, attendance issues and operational matters
• Escalate last-minute manpower issues or complex operational situations to the Operations Executive
• Perform general administrative duties and other operational support as required
