Job summary

TZL Integrated Services Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Cleaning Operations Manager to plan and schedule day-to-day manpower for cleaning operations and to ensure timely responses to customer requests and feedback.

You will work closely with the sales manager to provide accurate schedules, monitor staff performance, handle onboarding/offboarding, and prepare monthly reports for clients. Weekend and public holiday work are required, with a 9:00am–6:00pm schedule across six days.

Qualifications

• Understanding planning and scheduling processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel or similar tools.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to Senior Operations Manager/Operations Manager.
• Plan and schedule manpower for day-to-day operations.
• Follow up and update customer requests and feedbacks.
• Coordinate with sales manager and provide accurate schedules.
• Send reminders to customers daily and resolve daily issues.
• Monitor staff performance and discipline.
