Job summary

MOOD COLLECTIVES PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Operations Assistant to support daily operations and drive service quality. You will plan manpower deployment, coordinate cleaners, and conduct regular site visits to ensure safety and customer satisfaction.

You will liaise with clients on operational matters, assist in recruitment and onboarding of new cleaners, and manage supplies, tools, and documentation. Weekend shifts may be required to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations
• Plan manpower deployment, prepare weekly schedules, and coordinate cleaners
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure service quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Liaise with clients on operational matters, feedback, and follow-up actions
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new cleaners
• Ensure cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment are ordered, distributed, and properly maintained
• Handle operational documentation such as job sheets, timesheets, and incident reports
• Work closely with the Operations Manager or Director to improve workflow and operational efficiency
• Able to operate cleaning machinery and hands on with cleaning
• Able to attend to weekend shifts when required
• Assist in any other operational needs whenever required
