Job Description:

• To support the Operations and other cleaning supervisors in all duties of the cleaning operation, coordinate, scheduling, and supervise cleaning site staff.
• To be responsible in inspecting job sites for proper cleaning and inventory cleaning supplies.
• To attend and resolve clients’ complaints without any delay.
• To be involved in the appointment of Supervisors and Cleaners.
• To train, instruct, and supervise the work of Supervisors and Cleaners.
• To ensure all works carried out by Supervisor and Cleaners as set out in their Job Descriptions are completed with due observation to appropriate Health & Safety requirements.
• Able to perform hands‑on tasks when the situation requires and any other responsibility as assigned by superiors.
• To distribute advance and monthly salary to employees.
• Sales Development for company. Maintaining good relations with customer and driving sales number for company
• Directly reporting to the director

• Basic + allowance + OT + incentives
• Working hours 12 hours, weekends, PH included
