Job summary

AWG INSURANCE BROKERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented claims support professional to provide excellent service to clients on insurance claims.

You will review policies for coverage, coordinate with adjusters, and support internal teams while maintaining organized records. The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree (preferably in Insurance), at least 1 year of claims experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Insurance is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience handling general insurance claims.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Capable of multitasking and working well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding claims.
• Review insurance policies to assess coverage.
• Offer claim support to internal marketing teams.
• Regularly review outstanding claim files.
• Coordinate with adjusters and investigators as needed.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients and insurers.
• Verify and review documents for completeness before submitting to underwriters.
• Ensure proper document filing and accurate system updates.
• Perform other ad hoc duties or projects as assigned.
