Responsibilities

• Supervise a small team
• Ensure workflows. SOPs and guidelines are executed in accordance to funding policy.
• Able to contextualise problems/issues and propose solution
• Coordinate with internal divisions and vendors to support system development projects
• Able to manage different levels of stakeholders and clients
• Attend to appeals and enquiries on grant application and claims
• Collate and analyse statistics for management reporting
• Collaborate with partnering teams to implement service standards and provide inputs for service improvements
• Monitor process outcomes and create performance data for reporting
• Other ad-hoc projects as may be required

Period

• 2 Year Contract (renewable)

• $3,000 - $3,500 + VB

Working Hours

• Mon –Fri, 8:30am –6pm

Requirements

• Up to 3 years of working experience, exposure to project management would be a plus
• Good communications and problem solving skills a must
