Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Branch Head (Claim Verification and Disbursement) on a 2-year contract to lead a dedicated team at AMK Digital Hub. The role covers end-to-end operations, PAC and DL checks, and staff training.

The full-time position offers a monthly salary of SGD 6,000 to SGD 6,500 plus performance bonus, with Monday to Friday hours 8.30am–6pm and potential renewal based on performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Admin, Accounting or Finance with at least 5 years of relevant audit/finance experience.
• At least 5 years of team management experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience in public sector grants and claims processing is an advantage.
• Strong supervisory, people management and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team, overseeing end-to-end operations.

• Lead daily PAC checks for newly approved applications/assessments and pending amendments.

Branch Head (Claim Verification and Disbursement)

Employment Type: Contract

Monthly Salary: $6000-$6500

- 2 years contract (renewable and convertible based on performance)
- Monday – Friday; 8.30am – 6pm
- Up to $6500 + PB

Responsibilities:

Coordinating and managing the team, overseeing all end-to-end operations as well as conduct training for new team members.

Improve processes and systems to strengthen grant governance and enhance operational efficiency

On a daily basis, lead the team to perform Post Application Check (PAC) list which includes all newly approved applications/assessments and/or existing applications/assessments that are pending amendments.

On a monthly basis, lead the team to perform Disbursement List (DL) check which includes all beneficiaries/assessors who are eligible to receive monthly payouts. Perform a second independent check on the DL to verify eligibility checks are conducted accurately and payment months are computed correctly.

Requirements:
