Job summary

A leading human resources firm in Singapore is looking for a Claims Processing Specialist to verify and manage claims submitted by grantees. The role requires at least 2 years of experience in administration, finance, or operations, alongside strong skills in problem-solving and communication. The successful candidate will support claims-related workflows and foster relationships with various stakeholders. This position offers a 2-year renewable contract and a competitive salary of up to $3200 plus performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in administration, finance or operations.
• Knowledge in accounting and/or payroll matters would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Verify correctness and completeness of supporting documents against claim forms.
• Liaise with grantees and stakeholders on queries pertaining to claims.
• Prepare claims verification report for review.
• Follow-up on claim processing to ensure workflow completion.
• Ad-hoc duties related to claims processing.

Job Responsibilities:

1) Verify correctness and completeness of supporting documents against claim forms submitted by grantees.
2) Liaise with grantees and respective stakeholders on queries pertaining to the claims or documents submitted.
3) Prepare claims verification report for review and
4) Follow-up on the claim processing in the system to ensure completion of workflow.
5) Ad-hoc duties related to claims processing assigned

Period:

• 2 year contract (renewable based on performance and headcount needs)

Location:

• AMK

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6pm
• Up to $3200 + PB

Job Requirements:

1) 3 A’ Level passes or a diploma holder with at least 2 years of work experience, preferably in administration, finance or operations
2) Knowledge in accounting and/or payroll matters would be an advantage
3) A strong team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
4) Good problem solving, critical thinking skills and meticulous / detail oriented
5) Proficient in MS Office
