Job summary

H P Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead civil and structural works on our projects in Singapore. You will interpret drawings, plan resources, and coordinate the C&S team to meet schedules and quality standards.

You will liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities, monitor progress, prepare progress claims, and manage on-site technical matters. A recognised degree by PEB is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Construction / Building / Engineering industry.
• Recognised Degree by PEB.
• RTO qualification will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Able to interpret civil, structural drawings and details.
• Lead, coordinate and manage civil & structure of the project.
• To lead the C&S Team in planning and execution of day-to-day operations.
• Ensure civil and structural requirements meet project submission and project schedule.
• Be responsible for the planning and scheduling of time and resources for building construction projects.
• Responsible for all on-site technical and engineering matters.
• Ensure works meet company’s quality standards & contractual requirements.
• Monitor project progress and schedule and track progress when there are delays.
• Develop detailed workplans and cost estimations to forecast cost and workforce requirements.
• Execute overall scheduling and specific planning work.
• Design, implement progress and schedule control systems.
• Coordinate with client, sub-contractors, consultants and authorities.
• Assist Project Manager in monthly progress claims and reports.
• Ensure all requirements by Clients, Consultants and Authorities are adhered to.
