Job summary

HPC Builders PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee and execute building construction projects in Singapore. You will coordinate planning, cost control, documentation, and liaise with sub-contractors, clients and consultants to ensure works progress on schedule.

The role requires leadership to guide a team of project staff, strong communication and proficiency with MS Office and MS Project. You will ensure quality, safety and ISO compliance across project activities.

Qualifications

• Requires tertiary qualification in construction and extensive experience managing and coordinating large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for coordination with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entire construction projects from planning to execution.
• Manage project planning, cost control, and documentation.
• Direct construction planning and coordinate activities with sub-contractors, clients and consultants to meet schedule.
