Job summary

CPG Corporation Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Civil/Structural Engineer to lead design and delivery of civil infrastructure projects in Singapore. You will plan, design, and coordinate multidisciplinary work streams with internal teams and external consultants to meet client requirements and regulatory standards.

The role requires hands-on technical development of tender documents, strong project management and people leadership, and a proactive approach to risk, quality, and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in design and consultancy.
• Strong design and coordination skills in civil, structural, and infrastructure projects.
• Conversant with international, Eurocode or local codes and submission procedures.
• Proficiency in CAD, BIM and civil design software.
• Excellent project management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience from project inception to completion is advantageous.
• Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate and contribute to the planning and design of civil, structural, and infrastructure engineering projects.
• Develop detailed design and technical specifications for tenders and prepare tender documents.
• Supervise and manage civil, structural, and infrastructure works; coordinate with contractors and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage, lead, and coach a team of engineers to ensure successful project outcomes.
