Job summary

Bureau Veritas Buildings & Infrastructure Pte. Ltd. seeks a seasoned Civil & Structural leader to head the supervision team for major project delivery in Singapore.

You will guide the C&S team, coordinate with consultants, and ensure compliance with design, safety, and contractual requirements on site. The role requires extensive experience in buildings, structural steel and drainage works, with a track record of leading large teams and complex projects under PSSCOC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level Civil & Structural Engineering degree recognised by PEB Singapore.
• Accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee (IES/ACES).
• 20+ years of Civil & Structural engineering experience, with 15+ years on similar scale projects.
• Extensive experience in buildings, structural steel works and drainage works.
• Minimum 5 years of continuous employment with current contractor.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration under PSSCOC.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Civil & Structural supervision team to deliver projects.
• Provide direction to meet objectives per Superintending Officer and consultants.
• Oversee major construction works including buildings, structural steel and drainage.
• Ensure compliance with design specs, safety, quality and contracts.
• Administer contracts under PSSCOC.
• Manage QSSCOC manpower per project schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and stakeholders.
• Ensure welfare, performance and utilization of site supervision personnel.
