Job summary

PERMANENT PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a Project Engineer/Civil Engineer in Singapore to lead project methodology, resource planning and execution on building projects. You will coordinate with project owners, consultants and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and report progress to management.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree and 2–3 years of relevant PM experience, with strong communication and self-motivation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering from a university recognized by Singapore PE Board.
• Preferably 2–3 years experience on project management and building construction projects in Singapore.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Software skills on MS Project and ACAD preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Possess Motor Vehicle Driving License will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the project methodology and technical submission.
• Lead the project resources planning and execution.
• Liaise and coordinate with project stakeholders i.e. Project Owners, Consultants and Subcontractors, etc.
• Monitor work progress and ensure on time delivery of projects.
• Report to Management on progress of projects.
