Job summary

HING FATT BUILDING & MATERIALS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Manager with a Civil Engineering background to oversee site progress, liaise with consultants and subcontractors, and ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and safety standards.

The role requires at least 4 years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Candidates will manage project documentation and coordinate across trades in a 6-day work week environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 4 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong knowledge in Main Contract Works including Reinforced Concrete, Structural Steel, Architectural, M&E.
• Meticulous with strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Senior Executive specializing in Civil/Construction/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Candidate will assume a Project Management role.
• 6-day work week.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and monitor work progress at the project site.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards and client requirements.
• Attend and represent the company at site meetings; perform site measurements as required.
• Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings.
• Prepare, manage, and submit all necessary project documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
