Job summary

Job Harbour Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction projects in line with approved drawings and specifications.

You will lead the project team to deliver on schedule and within budget, liaise with users, consultants and authorities, resolve drawing discrepancies, plan site works, and ensure quality and safety on site. Degree in Civil Engineering and 8 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 8 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the execution of the project in compliance with approved drawing and specifications.
• Lead project team to deliver on time and within budget.
• Liaise with the User, consultants & Authorities on project matters.
• Resolve drawing discrepancies prior to start and settle issues with the technical team & consultants.
• Plan site works, including program schedules, construction methods, and forecast resources.
• Prepare site progress reports and necessary documentation.
• Oversee quality control and health and safety on site.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the execution of the project incompliance with approved drawing and specifications requirements.
• Lead project team so as to deliver the project on time and complete all the works within the project budget.
• Liaison with the User, consultants & Authorities on project matters
• Ability to resolve drawing discrepancies prior to start work and settle drawing issue with technical team & consultants
• Involve in planning all works on site, including program schedules and construction methods, forecast equipment, material and manpower requirement, and control usage and wastages of all.
• Preparation of site progress report and necessary documentation
• Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• 8 years of relevant working experience in the Construction industry.
